Why Quantum Entropy?

Pseudo-random number generators are algorithms — deterministic given a seed and are vulnerable to quantum attacks. A sufficiently powerful quantum computer can exploit the deterministic structure of any seed-based algorithm. Qubit measurement has no seed, no structure, and no algorithm to attack.
